We have an online registration system opened by TAVI Congress Bureau.

All reservations (incl. social programme and hotel reservation) should be made on the same registration form, also the program that is included in the delegate fee. Please note the student fee is limited to undergraduate students only. Note that student status must be verified on site: you are required to show proof of your student status - student ID card or a confirmation letter from your university/institute - at the registration desk.

Congress Dinner, Thursday 10 May, Price 95 €

The memorable Congress Dinner will be held in historical Ritarihuone, House of Nobility, on Thursday 10 May at 19.30. Address: Ritarikatu 1

This neo-gothic palace was completed in 1862. The main task of the House today is taking care of the palace and its collections. The palace also hosts the General Assembly of Finnish Nobility every three years. The Dinner is held at the assembly hall and due to the historical nature of the premises, shoes with pointed heels are not allowed.

Transportation from the Congress hotels will be provided.

Payment and confirmation

All payments (registration fee, social programme and hotel reservation) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Please, use the participant's reference number when making the bank transfer.
The reference number will be shown in the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.

Note!
- all payments should be made free of banking charges
- bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted
- an invoice will be sent by request only, in which case a supplement of 10 € will be added.
- kindly mark the details (exact invoicing address and reference) for your invoice request in the ‘Other Special Information’ field on the online registration form. Please note, that if a new invoice needs to be issued due to incorrect or insufficient invoicing details given in the registration, the invoice fee will be charged for each invoice separately.

Confirmation of participation

TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. No participation confirmation letters will be sent before all the payments have been received.

Cancellation and refund policy

Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration and accommodation must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: slf2012.conference@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.

If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel accommodation is received by 31 March 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50 and hotel deposit will be refunded with the exception of handling fee of EUR 30. No refunds of the delegate fee, social programme participation or hotel deposit can be made for cancellations received after 31 March 2012. Please note, that no-show does not constitute cancellation.

In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee, social programme participation or the hotel deposit. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
